Kyle received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne, IN) in 2010 and his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University (Muncie, IN) in 2017.Kyle has been working with individuals with intellectual disabilities professionally for the past 15 years. He began working in the special education classroom his freshman year of high school where he fell in love with the notion of serving others. Kyle’s background consists of 6 years working as a Direct Support Professional and 6 years working in the Case Management field for the Medicaid Waiver. Kyle is interested in working with individuals of all ages. Through his experience and education he feels comfortable and excels in working with individuals of all ages and disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and many others. Kyle is passionate about assisting others in improving their quality of life, developing meaningful relationships with others, and providing individualized opportunities for the individuals he serves to grow. Kyle feels very fortunate for the relationships that he has built through his career and looks forward to building many more in the years to come. Kyle is excited to serve Allen, Whitley, Kosciusko, Huntington, and Wabash counties.

Andria received her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies and Psychology from Indiana University (Indianapolis, IN) and her Master of Science in Education, specialized in School Counseling from Indiana University (Fort Wayne, IN). Her experience includes having worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various capacities over the past 20 years. She has been a case manager working with families in their home setting, an elementary school counselor, and most recently a behavior consultant for the past 4 years. Andria’s experience brings a vast knowledge of effective strategies to promote change. Andria has passion for working with others while assisting them with meeting their goals and achieving their best quality of life. When she is not working with others, Andria enjoys spending time with her two children and attending their activities. She is currently accepting new clients to her case load

Helping people, assisting her clients to meet specific goals, and making sure they get the best care is a passion of hers. Her drive for excellence is exemplified by her playing on the 2014 Undefeated Women’s basketball team during her time as an undergrad. When she is not working she likes to spend time with her family and son along with her two dogs.

Kyle received his bachelor’s degree from Huntington University (Huntington, IN) in 2008 and his Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Relations from Grace College (Winona Lake, IN) in 2012. He has been working with at-risk youth and individuals with developmental disabilities since 2009. Kyle has worked in various school districts across Indiana and also in Oregon where he served as a behavior specialist, assisting teachers and school staff with attendance issues, class behavior, and student success. Though most of his career has been focused on youth, he is comfortable and effective working with any age. Kyle chose this career path because he believes in the potential of others. Kyle has experience in counseling, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, the boy’s town curriculum, PBIS, and has been trained in MANDT and crisis prevention. He prides himself on thinking outside the box and looks for ways to relate with all of his clients and to create successful environments allowing both the client and their caregivers to thrive. He is currently accepting new clients onto his case load.

She has nearly ten years’ experience as a Direct Support Professional and was a registered behavior technician for five years as well. Rowan has worked with clients from ages 2-88 and enjoys serving a diverse population. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and being outdoors. Ethan received his bachelor’s degree in general studies from the Indiana University (Fort Wayne, IN) in 2019 and his master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne, IN) in 2021. Ethan has been working in education setting since 2017. He has worked with general education students along with a wide variety of mild, moderate and severe special needs students. Ethan started his career in Education after working as a 1-1 with an OHI student. Currently, Ethan is working as a moderate special needs teacher and head wrestling coach at North Side High School. Ethan is interested in working with individuals of all ages. Through his training and experience, Ethan is able to work with people of all ages and with a variety of disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and many others. Ethan is enthusiastic about helping people lead better lives, fostering meaningful connections with others, and giving the people he works with unique opportunity to improve. Ethan enjoys spending his free time with his fiancé and dog Apollo. Ethan is excited to serve Allen, Huntington, Whitley, Noble, Dekalb, Steuben, and LaGrange counties. He is currently accepting new clients onto his case load.

Dr. Rowley earned a master’s degree in music therapy from Florida State University (1995) and Doctor of Special Education from Ball State University (2006). Dr. Rowley received a bachelor’s degree in music from Northwestern University where she studied opera. In her senior year she observed a music therapist leading a group of children with disabilities. At that moment she realized that she wanted a career in which she could help others, particularly those with disabilities. Terra has 30 years professional experience as a rehabilitation therapist, music therapist, and advocate. The primary populations with which she has worked are people with disabilities and mental illnesses. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute and chronic hospitalization, geriatric, victims of domestic violence, foster care, court advocacy, corrections, dual diagnosis, early childhood, and youth ministry. Dr. Rowley has also served as an adjunct instructor in music therapy and special education at Huntington University and Purdue University Ft Wayne. She is a foster parent trainer for the Youth Services Bureau. Dr. Rowley’s volunteer work in the Huntington community includes her founding and participating in a choir for teens and adults with and without disabilities. She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children, a weekly cook at the New Life Meal Ministry, and a youth leader at College Park Church. The experience Terra values the most is her time as a mother and foster parent. She has three biological children and was a foster parent or guardian for 22 years. She stuffs at least a dozen Christmas stockings each year for her children and their significant others. Terra looks forward to serving Huntington, Wabash, Whitley, Grant, Blackford, Wells, and Allen counties.

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration in 2022, followed by the completion of her Master of Science degree in general psychology at Purdue University Global (Lafayette, IN) in 2024. Over the past 16 years, Kelly has dedicated her career to working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. Her career encompasses roles such as family advocate, developer of waiver programming, organizer of advocacy events and support groups, and service as a waiver case manager. This diverse range of experience has equipped Kelly with extensive knowledge and valuable experience, enabling her to tailor behavioral techniques to create individualized and targeted approaches for each client. Kelly believes that positive outcomes for clients is achieved by recognizing the unique needs of each individual and fostering a positive, collaborative relationship with the individual and their support team. Kelly has a passion for this field that is founded in her own personal experiences as a parent of two children with autism, as well as years of serving as an advocate for families throughout northeast Indiana. Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her family and two dogs. Her personal interests include reading, painting, and caring for her numerous house plants. Kelly’s expertise allows her to serve individuals of all ages and developmental diagnoses. She is currently accepting clients in Dekalb, Noble, Steuben, Lagrange, and Allen counties.

Alyson received her bachelor’s degree in English with a focus on language and minors in Spanish and psychology from Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne (Indiana) in 2019 and then received her Master of Art degree in applied behavior analysis from Ball State University (Muncie, IN) in 2021. Alyson has been working with individuals with intellectual disabilities professionally for more than five years. She began working in special education while pursuing her Bachelor’s and fell in love with helping others to succeed. Alyson‘s background consists of special education, working as a Direct Support Professional, and working as a Registered Behavior Technician in clinical settings. Alyson has been a behavior consultant for three years. Alyson is interested in working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Through her experience and education, she excels in working with individuals of all ages and disabilities, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fragile X Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder, and many others. Alyson is passionate about helping others to gain the skills to improve their quality of life, develop meaningful relationships with others, and reduce barriers that could hinder their own successes. Alyson is grateful for the relationships she has built through her career and looks forward to building many more in the future. Maryam received her Bachelors Degree in psychology with a minors in women’s studies and a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), from Purdue University,Fort Wayne in 2021. She went on to receive her Masters Degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in children and adolescents from Northwestern University (Evanston, Illinois) in June of 2024. Maryam’s experience includes working with various adults and children from many different backgrounds and diagnosis on interpersonal levels and within group settings. Maryam has worked in the field of ABA for the past 5 years; one year as an intern and 4 years as a registered behavior technician working closely alongside children, families, and within the community to provide quality care for children diagnosed with Autism. While pursing her Masters Degree, Maryam also had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages from many different backgrounds. Maryam’s internship and volunteer experiences provided her with the opportunity to work with those struggling with addiction, and intellectual difficulties. Maryam is passionate about advocating and working in the community with clients to provide the best quality of care to meet the client’s needs. Maryam believes that by advocating for client rights and needs the client is able to learn functional ways to gain access to those needs to provide a better quality of living for the client. Maryam is currently working to receive her licensure in mental health counseling and strongly believes that the mind and body connection, are intertwined. She believes that you are unable to treat one without addressing the other. Maryam is interested in working with individuals of all ages helping to navigate challenges and provide a holistic healing for clients. When Maryam is not working she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, her cat, and engaging in outdoor activities like amusement parks and concerts. Ashley received her Bachelors Degree in psychology from the Indiana Institute of Technology (Fort Wayne, IN). She went on to receive her Master of Science in psychology from the University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne, IN) in 2015. While at the University of Saint Francis, Ashley completed her first internship with Headwaters Counseling, helping adults with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. In addition, she assisted with Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. During her second internship, she worked with children at Everyday Counseling. While there she gained invaluable experience with those with trauma-based experiences, intellectual disabilities, and the autism spectrum. Ashley is always willing to advocate for her clients’ wants and needs, so that they can live their very best lives. In her spare time, Ashley spends time with her family and two dogs. She is an avid reader, enjoys cooperative games, and loves traveling with her close friends. She has a dream to one day travel around the world, specifically to Scotland and Hungary, where she wants to learn more about her Hungarian roots.

Ann received her Bachelors Degree in special education from the Indiana University (Bloomington, IN). She went on to receive her Master of Arts in special education from the Ball State University (Muncie, IN) in 2018. Ann taught special education for 23 years, to those with moderate, severe and profound intellectual disabilities, emotional disabilities, and multiple disabilities. She has been a Behavioral Consultant for over 3 years. She brings passion to her work with those with Autism, Downs Syndrome, intellectual, and physical disabilities. She was born with congenital hearing loss in both ears and wears hearing aids in both ears. This has given her a deep, unique empathy and understanding of those folks with similar disabilities. She has lived in Fort Wayne for most of her life and has been married 24 years to her husband David. She has three children and is very involved in all of their extra-curricular activities. She loves animals and has two cats and two dogs that bring great joy to her.

Ron received his bachelors degree, graduating with honors, in recreational therapy from the university of Toledo in 2012. Shortly after graduating, Ron moved to Indiana and has been working with individuals on the waiver for over 12 years. Ron also spent many years coaching basketball with the Special Olympics in Fort Wayne, where he was able to assist clients in achieving their goals on and off the court. Ron enjoys helping his clients reach new heights in all aspects of their life and being an advocate for those in need. As the Director of Recreational therapy for Torres Behavioral Health, Ron enjoys mentoring new therapists and advocating for the field of Recreational Therapy. When he’s not working, Ron can be found cheering on his hometown Cleveland and Ohio sports teams, exploring the community, and spending time with his girlfriend and their two dogs. Ron currently serves the Allen and Dekalb county areas.

Haley received her Bachelor of Science in recreational therapy from Indiana University, where she graduated with distinction in May of 2020. While at Indiana University she was involved in the Recreational Therapy club and studied American Sign Language. Haley completed her internship at Addison Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center. Haley has had a lifelong passion of working with individuals with various disabilities. She has worked within the Indiana Waiver system for over 8 years serving as a Direct Support Professional and as a CTRS. Haley is particularly fond of working with those who have severe intellectual or developmental disabilities to be able to increase their quality of life as well as promote inclusivity within their community. When she isn’t working you can find Haley spending time with her animals, tending to her plants, or taking a nap. Haley is excited to be a part of the Torres Behavioral Health team and to serve Allen, and Whitely counties.

Justin received his Bachelor of Science in therapeutic recreation from Western Carolina University in 2018. He completed his internship at a Cape Fear Rehabilitation Hospital practicing aquatic therapy. Shortly after his internship Justin received his CTRS credentials. Justin’s first two years as a Recreational Therapist were working at a psychiatric hospital and adolescent behavioral health center. Justin has worked within the Indiana Waiver System for 3 years as a CTRS with a focus on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In his free time Justin enjoys weightlifting, golf, and grilling! He is excited to be a part of the Torres Behavioral Health team and to serve Allen, Dekalb, and Whitely counties

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy from Western Carolina University in 2018. Tiffany has over five years of Recreational Therapy experience that has consisted of working with clients of all ages. During her internship at Roger C Peace Rehabilitation Hospital she worked with people who had been impacted by traumatic brain injuries and strokes. She also has experience working with at risk youth who have a wide variety of diagnosis and behavioral disorders. During her time working with at risk youth, she moved her way up into a managerial position to better support her clients and empower other Recreational Therapist. When Tiffany is not working, she loves spending time traveling, being outdoors, playing sports, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family and friends! Tiffany is extremely excited to be a part of Torres Behavioral Health team and to serve Boone, Grant, Hamilton, Hancock, Madison, Marion, and Tipton counties.

Sayge earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy from Indiana Tech in 2023, following an internship at Torres Behavioral Health. She also holds an Associate of Science in Human Services from Ivy Tech, which she completed in 2017. For more than 12 years, Sayge has worked within the Indiana Waiver system—first as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and later as a Recreational Therapist. She has also served as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing support through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her career has given her extensive experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with significant behavioral challenges, including both verbal and physical aggression. Sayge’s passion is working with clients who have higher behavioral needs. She strives to provide a safe and calming space where individuals can work through difficult moments while still feeling supported, respected, and understood. What inspires her most is seeing individuals grow, achieve personal goals, and find meaningful ways to engage in their communities. She is especially dedicated to collaborating with behavior consultants and families to create individualized support plans that foster success. Outside of her professional work, Sayge enjoys spending time with her two children. She is committed to building inclusive, judgment-free spaces where every person feels valued and supported.

Nancy brings two years of valuable experience through her practicum at Gigi’s Playhouse and her internship at Mapleseed Farms, where she also worked as a Skills Building Technician. She has worked with individuals of all ages and a wide range of disabilities, building strong foundational skills and a deep passion for therapeutic recreation. Her enthusiasm, bubbly personality, and dedication make her a compassionate presence in any setting. Outside of her professional work, Nancy enjoys going on walks, spending time with her friends, cooking, and learning how to play pickleball. She is excited to continue growing in the field and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Michigan University in 2018, and went on to complete her master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2020. She has spent over seven years working on the waiver as a Recreational Therapist, supporting individuals in home and community settings to build independence and engage in meaningful activities. She graduated from East Carolina University in 2021 with her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy and completed her internship on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver, where she has continued working throughout her career. She has comprehensive experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities across the lifespan and is committed to person-centered, quality care. Trisha is a dedicated, hard-working, and patient professional who is passionate about increasing visibility and recognition of Recreational Therapy and the vital role it plays in supporting individuals and communities. She values collaboration, inclusivity, and creating meaningful opportunities that promote independence, engagement, and overall quality of life. Trisha truly loves what she does and strives to go above and beyond for her clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Trevor, our two dogs, Sadie and Maggie, reading, going to the lake, and participating in social sports.

Lydia received her Bachelor’s of Science in Recreational Therapy from the University of Toledo in 2024 and her Master’s of Arts in Recreation and Leisure Studies in 2025 from the University of Toledo. While at the University of Toledo, Lydia served as the Student Member at Large for the Ohio Recreational Therapy Association for 2 consecutive years and worked to bridge the gap between students and professionals. Lydia was also honored to be named a 2023 ATRA Peg Connolly Scholar and attended the ATRA conference in St. Louis. Throughout those opportunities, Lydia desired to continue to work on a professional board following graduation and is now the Treasurer of the Recreation Therapists of Indiana. Lydia is extremely passionate about the field of Recreational Therapy and works to educate others on the benefits and necessity of the field. Lydia has been working on the Indiana Medicaid Waiver for a year and a half as a CTRS and truly feels fulfilled helping her clients to reach their individualized goals. When Lydia is not working, she loves spending time with friends and family and her dog Kobe. Lydia also enjoys listening to music, reading, and being outdoors in her free time!

Jenna received her bachelor’s degree in music therapy from IPFW in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Therapy through Purdue University (Fort Wayne). Jenna has worked professionally with individuals with intellectual disabilities for five years. She has been passionate about music and helping others throughout her life. She found music therapy through volunteering for the Special Olympics during her freshman year of high school. In undergraduate, she taught adaptive piano lessons. She worked in childcare and nursing facilities before entering working waiver through her music therapy internship in 2021. Why music? Jenna believes that music connects people and is a language without using words. Jenna is interested in working with individuals of all ages. Jenna is happy to serve Allen, Whitley, Kosciusko, and Dekalb counties.

Katie recieved her Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University (Marion, IN) in 2023. Katie has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout her practicums in college and her internship after graduation, where she worked specifically with clients on the Medicaid Waiver. She enjoys working with clients of all ages, from early childhood through geriatrics. She is a firm believer in music being able to reach parts of a person that nothing else can. She has been involved with music throughout the majority of her life, including singing in choirs and playing in multiple bands with the flute and trumpet. She chose music therapy because she gets to combine her passion of music with her passion of helping others. In her free time, Katie enjoys ice skating, being active, and spending time with her younger cousins. She is currently accepting new clients in Allen, Whitley, Noble, and Huntington counties.

Josh received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) in 2006 and his Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University (Minneapolis, MN) in 2013. Josh received his full Marriage & Family Therapist License in March, 2018. Joshawa Torres is a deeply committed behavioral health professional and executive whose 20-year career is defined by a steadfast focus on aiding others and achieving positive client outcomes. His professional journey provides an exceptionally broad and comprehensive understanding of the industry. Josh’s experience ranges from direct support and milieu group leadership at a behavioral day treatment facility, to pivotal roles as a Family Case Manager for the Indiana Department of Child Services, as a Behavioral Consultant, and as a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, culminating in his current position at Torres Behavioral Health. This diverse background allows him to view issues from many crucial perspectives—clinical, regulatory, systemic, and familial. Josh believes in achieving positive client outcomes by connecting empathetically, recognizing individual needs and desires, and approaching each client collaboratively, consistently, and caringly. Amanda received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne, IN) in 2015. Amanda received her mental health counselor license (LMHC) in October, 2025. Amanda has a over 13 years experience working with adults and children of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to becoming a LMHC, Amanda has gained the experience as a direct support professional team leader in day program settings, a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional, a Mental health technician, and a behavioral consultant. She is a registered behavior consultant with INABC and an EMDR training Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She brings a unique blend of expertise of trauma-informed, inclusive, and individualized therapy.Amanda is passionate about advocating for individuals wants and needs, so they can live their best lives. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband and dogs and is an avid animal lover. Her hobbies include reading and spending time with family and friends.

She went onto receive her Masters Degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in children and adolescents from Northwestern University (Evanston, Illinois) in June of 2024. Maryam received her mental health associate license (LMHCA) in February, 2026. Her experience includes working with various adults and children from many different backgrounds and diagnoses on interpersonal levels and within group settings. Maryam has worked in the field of ABA for the past 5 years: one year as an intern and 4 years as a registered behavior technician working closely alongside children, families, and within the community to provide quality care for children diagnosed with Autism. While pursuing her Master’s Degree, Maryam also had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages from many different backgrounds. Internship and volunteer experiences provided her with the opportunity to work with those struggling with addiction, and intellectual difficulties. Maryam is passionate about advocating to provide the best quality of care to meet the client’s needs. Maryam strongly believes that the mind and body connection are intertwined. She believes that you cannot treat one without addressing the other. Maryam is interested in working with children and young adults to help them navigate challenges and provide a holistic healing for clients. When Maryam is not working she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, her cat, and engaging in outdoor activities like visiting amusement parks and attending concerts.
